Rotary-ITFR Agreement Grand Hotel Salerno


According to the agreement between Rotary and Grand Hotel Salerno the fares offered to the participants are as follows:

Weekly Package:

a] standard double room (check in September, 8 2007 – check out September, 16 2007, 8 nights) EUR 400,00 per person for the whole period;

b] standard single room (check in September, 8 2007 – check out September, 16 2007, 8 nights) EUR 560,00 per person for the whole period;

c] superior double room (check in September, 8 2007 – check out September, 16 2007, 8 nights) EUR 480,00 per person for the whole period;

d] superior single room (check in September, 8 2007 – check out September, 16 2007, 8 nights) EUR 620,00 per person for the whole period;

e] de luxe double room (check in September, 8 2007 – check out September, 16 2007, 8 nights) EUR 560,00 per person for the whole period.

The standard rooms do not have a sea view, while all the superior and the deluxe rooms do.
 

 

 

NEW! The package includes:

overnight stay and breakfast
free fruit basket in room upon arrival
free mini bar in room
one free meal (lunch or dinner) at our restaurant
children up to 12 years old in the parent’s room: free (B & B).

The fares offered for shorter stays are as follows:

standard single room EUR 100,00 per night
superior single room  EUR 120,00 per night
standard double room EUR 130,00 per night
superior double room EUR 150,00 per night
deluxe double room EUR 170,00 per night
One child (0-12 years old) free in the parents’ room.
Third bed supplement: euro 30,00.
The fares above include overnight stay and breakfast.
Supplement per meal: euro 25,00 (three courses, drinks included).
Check-in time: 2 p.m.; check-out time: 12,00 p.m.


Hotel reservation’s cancellation penalties:

no penalty for cancellations within the 19th of July 2007;
30% of the total amount for cancellations within the 29th of July 2007;
50% of the total amount for cancellations within the 9th of August 2007;
70% of the total amount for cancellations within the 29th of August 2007;
100% of the total amount for cancellations after the  29th of August 2007.

Cancellations of the hotel package have to be communicated directly to the Hotel booking service.
