Rotary-ITFR Agreement Jolly Hotel


According to the agreement between Rotary and Jolly Hotel the fares offered to the participants are as follows:

standard single room EUR 89,00 per night
standard double room EUR 109,00 per night
double room with sea view EUR 120,00 per night
One child (0-12 years old) free in the parents’ room.
Third bed supplement: euro 30,00.
The fares above include overnight stay and breakfast.
Check-in time: 2 p.m.; check-out time: 12,00 p.m.

Hotel reservation’s cancellation penalties:

no penalty for cancellations within the 19th of July 2007;
30% of the total amount for cancellations within the 29th of July 2007;
50% of the total amount for cancellations within the 9th of August 2007;
70% of the total amount for cancellations within the 29th of August 2007;
100% of the total amount for cancellations after the  29th of August 2007.

Cancellations of the hotel package have to be communicated directly to the Hotel booking service.
